Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days after the date of purchase. No exchanges will be made after this time. In case you need to exchange, your item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

To exchange a product, kindly drop us an email on cloudnfive@gmail.com stating the reason for your exchange, and we will communicate a return address.

Return shipping costs are at the client’s expense.
